Comparing the two apartments

There are two apartments. One s called Fairfax Apartments, the other is called CAMPS APTS. Both of them are near campus, it is really helpful to my friend and me. However, there are still some differences of them. The former has two bedrooms so that I can have my own room. In contrast, the later has only one bedroom, it is a bit of crowded for me. Besides, Fairfax Apartments is furnished so that I don’t have to worry about it; the other isn’t. Nevertheless, the price of the former is much more expensive than the later is. After thinking twice, both of my friend and I decide to choose the Fairfax Apartments.
